Rohan Grey is an Assistant Professor of Law at Willamette University in Salem, OR. His research focuses on the legal design and regulation of money and finance, including digital fiat currency, as well as broader issues of law and political economy. Rohan has been instrumental in drafting and popularizing key pieces of legislation in the United States surrounding monetary policy, such as the STABLE Act and the more recent ECASH Act.
